Firstly wow, upon arrival the place was as described and beautiful even a complimentary wine was such a nice touch. Stayed with my partner and two dogs and we settled in so well we added another nights stay onto our trip. The hosts were super helpful with suggestions of local walks and pubs. The house its self is decorated beautifully like a home from home! The heated floor was an added bonus when returning from a long rainy walk.

Lovely cottage, fabulous location, very quiet.
The added bonus of a parking space and EV charger was great. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Keswick.

We had a great stay in Keswick. The property is in an ideal location and was exactly as described. There were some lovely welcoming touches and host were very helpful. Would definately recommend and stay in the future!

Really lovely cottage, accommodation across one floor. Central Keswick location, with Christmas tree that was a lovely surprise and added bonus to our stay. Really well equipped and cosy. Communication with host was easy, prompt and professional. Thank you.

Exactly as pictured. Super cozy place but really spacious. Follow the instructions Richard sends over and it’s all smooth sailing. Location relative to the town is great. Nothing more than a 10 mins walk away and likewise really close to the lakes.

My second stay at Richard’s beautiful house. Can’t recommend highly enough. Great location and beautiful home. Has such a nice feel to it. I’d buy it is was for sale!

We had a fantastic weekend staying here. The house was spotless and beautifully presented, and the location was ideal - close to the town center yet quiet and peaceful inside. It was ideal having the garage to keep cars in too! Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Richard, the owner, was very friendly and promptly responded to any questions we had by text or phone. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was amazing. It has been done to a very high standard throughout and was perfect for our group of 13 people. Loads of space whether that be in the kitchen; the dining area or the sitting rooms. It was immaculately prepared for us and Richard and Isobel were proactive and responsive throughout the booking process and in the week leading up to us arriving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Brilliant place and thank you!!

We had a lovely stay, enjoyed by two separate families & group of friends coming together for a weekend of walking. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and it was perfect. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Thank you.
